Movement & Dance

My dance and movement offerings provide transformative spaces for self-exploration, embodiment, and liberation.  Ongoing movement and empathy investigations that utilizes thoughtful prompts about the human experience, helps to guide participants through a somatic movement practice to harness introspection and self-awareness. Through this practice, we strive to break away from capitalistic structures of thought by collectively ideating through movement. Movement sessions are centered on taking up space and catalyzing sensuality as a means of experiencing radical joy and self-assuredness. Through stretch, body conditioning, and rhythmic expression, participants awaken their bodies to pleasure, power, and play. Together, these workshops create opportunities for embodied resistance, liberation, and joy.

Wellness & Sense of Being

Healing through embodiment is an intentional practice of reconnecting with the body as a vessel for transformation, release, and renewal. Through yoga, breathwork, vocal chanting, sound baths, and mindfulness, we engage the senses in playful and creative ways, fostering deeper awareness and healing. These workshops create a sacred space for participants to release trauma, elevate their frequency, and reflect forward with clarity and intention. Through movement, sound, and communal exploration, we embrace healing not as an isolated journey, but as a shared experience of joy, resilience, and collective transformation.
